Running the London Marathon is a goal I set myself to complete before I reached 40. As that milestone is fast approaching this is my year! Getting injured in my preparation for last year's race was disappointing however I am really pleased NSPCC Childline Appeal agreed for my place to be deferred. My total fundraising target is £2000. I have already raised half of that during my fundraising for last year so with your help and lots of activities planned to boost this I am very proud to say we can achive this and make a massive difference to the lives of those children who so desperately need someone to talk to through Childline.
