I am running the London marathon again, for the third time to be precise. Hoping to be quicker and hoping to smile right through.  

I really enjoy the challenge and it is a great opportunity to raise money and awareness for a good cause. I work in the City of Westminster and the charitable trust provides grants and funding for great projects all across the city.
