Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page!

As crazy as this may seem, I have signed up to take part in Tough Mudder UK, Scotland, so that I finally have a good reason to get motivated and fit, and raise as much money as I can for a good cause. Tough Mudder is an 11.3 mile course, with 28 obstacles designed by the British Special Forces. I fear that the "Probably the Toughest Event on the Planet" tag line will be an understatement! Just visit the Tough Mudder website, or search Tough Mudder in YouTube, and you'll see what I mean.

I know that many people have had their lives affected by cancer and the damage it causes, me included, and for this reason I am raising money for Cancer Research UK (CRUK). Any amount of money that I earn will massively benefit CRUK in their efforts to fund treatments for patients in the UK, and also fund research into finding a cure.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please donate any amount you can to support myself and CRUK.

Thanks for all your support.
