Those of you who know me will know 2 things: 

1) I have never EVER been a runner 

2) The BHY has a very special place in my heart. 

Since January I have started running and I have really surprised myself at how much I have enjoyed it. I want to challenge myself further so have signed up to a half marathon and have chosen to raise money for my favourite organisation alongside it! 

For those of you who don't know about the BHY, they are the biggest youth club in Blackpool and impact the lives of hundreds and children and their families in the town. They offer daily sessions, residential experiences, day trips and much more to young people who may never have got the opportunity otherwise, as well as creating a safe and nurturing environment which focuses on building positive relationships.
