Later on this year I will be taking part in a  challenge of a lifetime by trekking 100km across the Sahara desert. Over the course of a week, myself and a group of colleagues will be walking 6 hours a day across the ever changing sand dunes in a bid to raise money  and awareness for the Alzheimer's society.
