I am fundraising this Ramadan in support of Action Against Hunger's Yemen Crisis Appeal because I want to help save the lives of those in urgent need. As violence in Yemen nears its fourth year, the country is facing the world's worst humanitarian crisis. More than 14 million people are facing starvation and an estimated 85,000 children may have died from extreme hunger since the start of the conflict. Action Against Hunger is on the ground, delivering lifesaving support through the treatment of malnutrition, medical assistance and provision of clean, safe drinking water, as well as providing support for families that have been displaced during the conflict.
