Dear family and friends,

We have decided to run the Royal Parks half Marathon this year. Jess has previously run the Edinburgh Marathon and Amin the Royal Parks half Marathon (when we were young and in our twenties), but this time we are doing a run together as an old married couple.

We are doing this via Amin’s work and therefore all donations will go to the Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital in in Cape Town, South Africa. Your money will help build a bigger and better ICU at a remarkable paediatric Hospital which is also sub-Saharan Africa’s largest, stand-alone specialist hospital for children.
