We raise money and awareness to help the poor & forgotten in the Ummah.

Story

Asalalamalikum

Iqhwaan I have a plan and am in need of your help for it to be successful. Bi’ithnillah we will raise money to build three wells in three countries, however this is the minimum, inshaAllah we will be able to raise more than this

I have looked at a few websites and a brother advised me to look at Ummah Welfare Trust – i spoke to them on the phone and mashaAllah they have a 100% donation policy.

UWT dig deep into the ground and make the actual well, and on top of it they also put a hand pump for easy access for the locals. They provide this service in 3 countries at the moment:
Somalia: £1700
Pakistan: £1000
Phillipines: £400
So that’s £3100 for 3 wells…The plan is simple…but why should you help?!

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “If a human dies, then his good deeds stop except for three: a Sadaqah Jariah (continuous charity), a beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for him”. (Narrated by Muslim)

As long as these wells are functioning – they will be benefiting the people who go to them for water and it will count as continuous charity even after we die. Brothers leaving aside the benefit it will bring to the people - we are in need of all the reward we can in preparation for the day of resurrection, where the father will ask his son for a SINGLE hassanat – but the son will not be able to give it out of fear of his own situation

Sa’d ibn ‘Ubaadah said: "I said: ‘O Messenger of Allaah, my mother has died. Should I give charity on her behalf?’ He said, ‘Yes.’ I asked, ‘What kind of charity is best?’ He said, ‘Providing water.’" (Reported by al-Nisaa’i)
SubhanAllah – this hadith shows that it is permissible to pass the rewards of sadaqah to the deceased and notice what type of reward the blessed Prophet sallahu alayhi wasalam mentioned….”Providing water” – so if you have a family member…parents etc who have passed away – give this sadaqah for them
Brothers don’t just think about it money wise...think what will happen with your money – Alhamdulilah we all have safe water running through our taps on demand...we don’t know what it is like to have to walk miles to get water...or drink unclean water! SubhanAllah – by building these types of well – inshaAllah Ta’ala we will be able to effect sooo many people and make it easy for them to get this necessity of life. The Prophet Sallahu Alayhi wasalam said in his farwell sermon “Remember the hunger and thirst of the day of Qiyamah (Judgement) with your hunger and thirst; give alms to the needy and poor”.

You are giving a loan of your money to Allah. Allah is limitless in his mercy and in his return. Allah Says in the Qur’an to the nearest meaning:
Who is he that will lend to Allâh a goodly loan so that He may multiply it to him many times? And it is Allâh that decreases or increases (your provisions), and unto Him you shall return. (Surah Baqarah:245)

What I need from you:

Brothers the money really isn’t that much collectively....but the rewards are most definitely massive! So i am asking you to go home and collect just £100. Of course there are no restrictions on this amount you can give £20 or £2000! But all I ask you is to tell your parents and your family about this – and tell maybe 2 people about this whom I might not be able to contact – by all means copy this email – and share in the reward

InshaAllah I want to complete this as soon as possible – so by the end of February inshaAllah we will hit out target.

To collect the money I can either take it off you in person, or you can send it to me via paypal – or bank transfer – also international transfer is no problem - let me know what is best – Wallah what ever little you can it will help….but aim big!

Undoubtabely there are many benefits to giving – but iqhwaan remember to be sincere in your giving and do it for the pleasure of Allah Subhanahu wata’ala to gain the reward of Allah subhanahu wata’ala

As brother Jalal Ibn Sa’eed says...Give until it hurts!

BarakAllah feekum my dear brothers
