A Million Steps over Guide Dogs Week, 1 - 9 Oct

Team A Million Steppers Moving it for Money · 1 October 2016
Every hour another person in the UK loses their sight. Guide Dogs are there to make sure they don't lose their freedom as well. Today almost 2 million people are living with sight loss. By 2050, it could be 4 million.
This Guide Dogs Week, we are really going to be Moving it for Money and making our miles matter by taking on a huge challenge across the whole of Guide Dogs Week.
Team 'A Million Steppers' is made up of Beth Marsh, Pam White, Pete Emmett, Jane Roper and Sal Chapman and we are going to be walking and running a million steps over Guide Dogs Week from 1 to 9 October 2016.
That's a massive 200,000 steps each across the week or 22,222 per day... around 20km each per day... we are going to have a fair few blisters!
But it will be worth it when we reach our £500 target and help Guide Dogs get one step closer to the a million pounds they hope to raise through Guide Dogs Week.
