This year I have decided to take part in The Tough Mudder 15k. This is something I have wanted to do for years but have never had to courage to do until now! As many of you will already know and still many will not, my son Emre has Autism and ADHD, as a part of his condition he suffers with tics which can be very severe and distressing even painful for him. As his Mum it is absolutely soul destroying and heartbreaking watching him go through this and being unable to help. The charity TIC that I am raising money for this year helps young people and adults who have Tourette’s and other conditions. They help promote independence and confidence as well as offering the much needed support that family’s need to be to help their loved ones. 

If you could even donate a small amount it will go towards making a massive difference to people like Emre who need the extra support even to do everyday tasks.
