Training Started Today!! What have I let myself in for !!

Me and my mum are taking part in a Bristol to Birmingham Bike ride 100 miles!! Also taking part are some of my mom's work colleagues at Integral who have also organised this event. 

This is in memory of a work colleague of my Moms - Steve Mogg who sadly passed away.

My chosen charity is St John's Ambulance; who I am also volunteer for as a First Aider! So if your ever in need :o) !
