On Friday 4th March 2022 a group of us will once again be taking on the Goggins 4x4x48 challenge to raise money for the amazing Amelia-mae Foundation who help support children effected by neuroblastoma cancer.

 If you don’t know the challenge, its a crazy challenge whereby you run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours 🤪starting at 8pm on Friday 4th and finishing on Sunday 6th at 4pm. This is as much a mental challenge as it is a physical one. 

Last year we managed to raise £4390 between the five of us which exceeded all our expectations and most importantly could go towards helping so many young children fighting cancer 💙. This year we have a solid team of 14 of us taking on the challenge and will be inviting many more to join in on runs with us, we are looking to smash last years total!💥
