We are supporting Headway Essex in their Christmas 35 Campaign by attempting - what will be the ultimate challenge for us - a 24 hour silence!

Anyone who knows us, will know how difficulty this will be for us - behind quiet certainly doesn't come ready to either of us!

This charity is dear to our hearts after they supported our family and friends when members of our and their families unfortunately suffered a brain injury. Without Headway Essex these family members' lives would be very different, so we are extremely grateful for being there in our time of need.
