On 28^th January 2023, I’m participating in the London Winter Walk Marathon with my dad and brother. We are raising money for Dementia UK in memory of Russell Harwood - our beloved father and grandfather who we lost in October this year to dementia.

We love and miss him dearly and are committed to keeping his memory alive, whilst raising awareness of dementia. Any donations for this important cause are greatly appreciated.
