Story
Please dig deep and sponsor online. My father and I are walking through northern Spain at the end of May - We'll be covering almost 100 miles walking through Samos, Portomarin, Palas de Rei, Arzua, Pedrouzo and are hoping to reach Santiago de Compostela on the 4th of June. We will be following a well-trod trail: El Camino de Santiago - pilgrims have walked along it for at least 1600 years although it was only about a thousand years ago, after some major trail improvements, that people really started flocking.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Wilderness Foundation will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
The trip is entirely self-funded and all donations will go directly to the good work of the Wilderness Foundation.
So please sponsor now. Those who give more than £10 (and supply their address) will receive a special, limited edition, Ambjorn Instant Postcard Production postcard sent from the trail.
Many thanks for your support.
