In memory of Lauren Owen 🦋

This is something that comes very close to my heart. 

It is now coming up to 7 years since I lost one of my closest friends Lauren. Many of you knew her as someone who lit up a room whenever she walked in. We made many memories in the time we had especially the trips to dudno which I still think about till this day. 

I wanted to give back to the charity that helped Lauren and her family, and spoke to her mum about it so in honour of her memory next month I will be taking part in a 250km cycle in order to raise money for the British heart foundation. My target to raise is £300 to go towards research and equipment for the charity any support is highly appreciated !
