Story

On the 23rd August we had life changing news when our beautiful Amelia Rose was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes

Her courage and bravery since that day has been amazing. She is the most special girl to us and we will do everything we can to make her life as manageable as possible and she can achieve anything. I personally knew nothing about diabetes and would like to raise awareness to help other families spot the signs of the illness. We are learning everyday and being supported so much by the fabulous staff within the NHS

I am going to run a marathon across the month of October, 26.2 miles and would like to raise £10 a mile if at all possible! I’ll be getting out my running shoes and leaving the dumbbells until my challenge is complete. Anyone is welcome to join my challenge.
