Amber's 200 Miles for The Children's Respite Trust

I am walking 200 miles across the month of August to raise money for the Children's Respite Trust!
This is roughly about 13,000 steps each day, for 31 days.
As someone who works from home at a desk for 8 hours of the day, this is definitely going to be a challenge, but I am looking forward to tracking and sharing my progress as the month goes on!
On 9th August, myself and the S7 team are going to be walking a half marathon around London to contribute to our monthly steps.
The Children’s Respite Trust is a charity that improves the lives of children with profound learning and physical disabilities by helping them to get a short break throughout East Sussex and most of Kent and West Sussex.
My best friend, Ellie, passed away in a respite facility when we were 9. Since then I made it my mission to fundraise, raise awareness and support those who sometimes get overlooked.
Many families of children with complex medical needs or a profound learning or physical disability really just need a break – a chance to do something that the rest of us often take for granted.
If you are able to donate & share for an amazing cause we would be extremely grateful!
