On Sunday 1st September, we will be abseiling 585ft down the Broadgate Tower to support Rays of Sunshine. Emma will be also adding an additional 500 burpees into the mix pre-abseil! 

Rays of Sunshine is an award-winning national charity which brightens up the lives of seriously and terminally ill children across the UK. Their work includes granting magical wishes, working with children's hospitals to host activity days, and organising large-scale events and outings that groups of children can enjoy all together. Anything you can spare is greatly appreciated, and will go directly towards brightening the lives of seriously ill children across the UK.
