Unfortunately as of last Saturday, my Nan passed away from a cancer, she was well taken care of in the hospice where she passed away watching the last 5 minutes of a show she loved, I am alongside my Nan in everything and we were close, I miss her a lot, but I want to help others who miss their loved ones too, this cause is for others and the wonderful staff of the hospice who were kind enough to give my family the peace of mind that my Nan had the most comfortable send off and death.
