We help stroke survivors to find strength through support.

Story

Earlier this year got my first road bike, I am very much enjoying using it and am not liking the disappearance of the light evenings. I am slowly turning into that person that buys new cycling clothes and shoes instead of sparkly things and impractical heels. I've lost 2 stone too!

The Stroke Association is organising its second sponsored charity Castle 2 Castle Cycling Challenge between Berkeley Castle and Chepstow Castle on Sunday 19th September. In a moment of madness I entered the 42 mile route so i will be cycling from Berkeley to Chepstow and back, hopefully as it is a charity event I will be exempt from the bridge charge! The furthest I have been on my road bike is 23.5 miles so I have two weeks to try and up the mileage as much as possible.

Please please give whatever you can to a cause that is close to my heart and wish me luck!
