Ark Alexandra Academy is a co-educational school in Hastings, bringing together Ark William Parker Academy and Ark Helenswood Academy, while preserving and building on the legacy of both. As a Church of England school, Ark Alexandra has a strong universal Christian values that firmly inform our ethos and culture.

We are Ark Alexandra Academy's Science Team, now known as the Amazingly Awesome and Active Science Team! As a network Ark are trying to travel the distance around the earth (40, 000 km!) from 1st-15th July. Ark Alexandra has pledged to do 3000 km and we as a department are determined to be the best-performing team at Ark Alexandra! With Miss McCall as our captain we are sure to succeed against even the toughest of rivals... the PE department!

The Sports Day Challenge is also a great opportunity to raise money to help support our students. Ark prides itself on supporting disadvantaged students in order to close the attainment gap, which will have widened as a result of the pandemic. We have missed teaching them in the classroom and cannot wait to be back in our labs, helping them to achieve their full potential. 



Every £10 donation is worth £20 to an Ark school through match funding.
