Having known next to nothing about MND until a few years ago, I've been inspired by a friend who is currently living with MND.  

I've seen first hand the amazing work charities do to help support individuals and families and I'd like to do something to help.

Every year about 1,500 people are newly diagnosed with MND.  There is no effective treatment and no cure at the moment, any money raised will help contribute to the continuation of vital research and support.
