On 6th January 2020 a very special childhood friend, Dawn Rowe, lost her battle with cancer. In memory of Dawn I would like to raise some money for the Hospice which took care of her.

Dawn was a funny, generous and amazing lady who will hold a special place in my heart. 

Those of you who know me, would have heard me say...if you see me running, then run, cos there’s something to run from! Well I am setting myself a challenge to run ‘for fun’ and raise as much money as I can. My pace won’t be fast but the challenge will push me out of my comfort zone and I am aiming to cover 10km per week.  So please give generously for this worthy cause x
