I'm Amanda Wykes and I have entered Strictly Northampton 2023 to push myself out of my comfort zone and take part as someone who has never danced or previously been on stage  before, until now meaning this is a big challenge for myself. 

I have worked with Trilogy Active at Lings Forum for the past 36 years as many of you may already know and I have now decided it’s time to push myself and am fundraising for the amazing work that Cynthia Spencer Hospice provide every single day of the year without question.
