Hi folkes 

September 2012 and this will be my first ever Great North Run and i am really really excited about the challenge that lie's ahead of me.  My training has commenced and you can follow my progress via nike plus and facebook. 

Iam fundraising for St Oswald's Hospice, which provides specialist care for adults, young people and children with life threating conditions across the North East. I ask you to give generously to my cause, and to give to others, what we may take for granted. Even a small donationation could make a massive difference.
