My son Matthew was diagnosed with being on the Autistic Spectrum over 5 years ago. After diagnosis we were left to deal with things ourselves. I was told about an Autism support group called Helping Hands, I contacted them and from that moment we haven''t felt so alone in our journey. They helped navigate us and help with filling out forms, they've  given us training, respite, groups where my son can go and be accepted.
