As a family we have unfortunately seen the affects of motor Neurone Disease. My beautiful Nan suffered the loss of her father my Great Grandfather from the Disease at a young age. However in a cruel twist of fate in later years she was to suffer again after losing her husband my Grandfather from the same cruel Disease. The charity was always very close to my Nans heart and after very sadly losing her at the end of last year shortly before her 92nd birthday I decided to raise money for the charity in a way to honour her. Further research into this Disease can only help so that one day other families will not have to watch their love ones suffer.
