Story

Thank you for visiting, my pledge is simple MND association needs more money, I need to get fitter (Can't run, round the block at moment). My training has begun and I have nine weeks to go from couch to 5k.

Weekly progress details to follow; current status- 1 min run, 1 min walk for 10mins:( I really do need your encouragement.

The other current problem, my costume is two sizes too small!!!

Drastic action is required, help me friends, family and colleagues, I need all the support I can get...
