Story
Thank you very much for taking the time to visit my page. xx
This is a picture of my Dad, he died in 1999 of Pancreatic Cancer, he is missed every day.
Research for this charity is underfunded compared with other types of cancer, 3% of people diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer survive more than 5 years, a statistic which has barely changed in 30 years. There is no early detection and treatment is limited. Because symptoms are initially vague and generally don’t appear until the disease is well advanced, the average survival time after diagnosis is 6 months.
I have decided to dust down my trainers and run in the Wokingham half Marathon in February to help raise as much money as I can for Pancreatic Cancer research. I would be really grateful if you could sponsor me for this worthy charity.

Thanks xx
