Please help me fundraise for the Emile Faurie Foundation – a charity that provides kids from underprivileged communities and difficult backgrounds with the chance to experience the joys and benefits of riding and working with horses.

In return, I will attempt to compete in the ‘Man Versus Horse Race’ - a competition that requires you to ride 22 miles across the challenging Welsh Mountains and countryside against over 300 individual marathon runners and 30 relay teams. 

More about the charity: The Emile Faurie Foundation provides courses of lessons to youngsters for whom riding would otherwise not be within reach. Since they launched in 2006 over 9,000 children have taken part at BHS approved riding centres across the UK.

For most of the kids this is an unattainable dream and far removed from their daily life’s.  They get to achieve real goals - receiving a complete course of riding and horsemanship lessons, learning not just the skills, but also experiencing how to care and develop a bond with their horses.

This is such a worthy cause because it is making a real difference to the childrens life’s… providing a much needed outlet ... but most importantly giving them the opportunity to experience and develop a whole range of new life skills.

In addition the foundation is breaking down the barriers to entering the equestrian world with many of the EFF funded kids going on to compete and/or work with horses… a dream that would have been unimaginable without EFF’s crucial funding and support.

 So please dig deep and help me raise much needed funds for future projects ...
