Amanda and Jane work at Southend University Hospital Maternity Unit. Since The end of 2013, after meeting founder Kirsty McGurrell (Louis's mummy) at the Sands/Bliss/RCM conference, the wonderful team at 4Louis have provided us with the most beautiful memory boxes, free of charge, to give to parents after the death of a baby or child.

They perform this service to hospitals across the country in memory of little Louis who was stillborn in 2009, to help to support other bereaved parents by offering a gorgeous memory box filled with thoughtful items, to make and save memories of a baby or child, such as photo's, hand and foot prints as well as a memory certificates,a candle, a storybook, lots of beautiful and considerate things that families will keep in memory of their baby. These lovely boxes cost £30 and are supplied to us with no charge, and mean so much, so Jane and I think it's time for us to give something back to this wonderful charity who have given so much to families in Southend, so let the walking commence!
