I will be trekking across Finland over a 5 day period covering challenging artic conditions. 

The Essex and Hert's Air Ambulance is a life saving charity that would not be able to fly with out the kind donations. Every day the air ambulance brings life saving skills to the patients who need it the most. They can provide life saving treatments as well as be able to transfer patients to the best treatment centres for care. This time saved by flying patients can mean the difference between life and death. 

I've worked in the NHS for many years and during the last 5 years I have been working front line for the East of England Ambulance Service, I have called upon the services of the Air Ambulance on several occasion and have seen the difference they can make. I want to give something back to ensure this amazing service continues.
