We do a lot of charity events here at Robson Laidler as part of our company values to help our community.  It's a while since I've done a half marathon and I felt challenged to get involved instead of just donating - which is easier and less time consuming! 

I have been surprised at how much of a struggle getting to 6 miles has been - read my blog below. 

Freeman Heart & Lung Transplant Association are a locally based charity who do great work supporting transplant patients and their families.  When you look at their website it's really inspiring and makes you so thankful that you are actually able to run - even though it is hard!
