The British Heart Foundation does such great work for a cause close to all of our 'hearts' and I am a very keen supporter of everything that they do! So much so that I have agreed to cycle 54 miles from London to Brighton - yikes! I am not much of a cyclist so this really is a big challenge for me and I'm not looking forward to the 'killer hill' - Ditchling Beacon!! Might be a bit sore next Monday :-(
