Jeff spent a lot of happy hours in  Devon working and managing Premier Western League football clubs and Devon County.He also managed Southern League clubs in and around Gloucester and Bristol, where he lived.  Devon was a trip he did many,many times in his beloved BMW  and his white van.  We thought it would be a fitting tribute  to backpack it- he will be laughing at/with us all the way
