Those of you who know me will know that I am not a natural born runner.  

I wanted to do something to push myself and give something back at the same time. So what better way than running around London, the home of the charity I am supporting.

I am very pleased to be raising money on behalf the the London’s air ambulance.  I have seen them at work in London and I have the utmost respect and admiration for what they do.  

I have worked in air traffic control for years and I see how often the air ambulance is used and how vital its services are.  Help me give something back and donate what you can.
