Story
Everyone knows that the Sahota sisters don't do things by halves so we have decided to take on a 25km trek, in September, across London including 16 bridges!
Our grandad was diagnosed with dementia before he passed away and it completely rocked our world! Before the diagnosis, we didn't really know much about Dementia, let alone know where to get help from. Grandad only spoke Punjabi (our mother tongue) so the support networks were limited. Dementia is affecting so many families and currently there is no cure so we are hoping to raise money and raise awareness of Dementia particularly in South Asian communities.
Our heart goes out to anyone who has been affected by Dementia.
