Your local South Highland team are working hard to provide fundamental support to people and families living with dementia across Inverness, Nairn and Badenoch & Strathspey, who need your support now more than ever. 

By digitising many of our services, we are still able to provide that much needed advice, information, emotional and peer support by telephone, email, and virtually, offering a wide range of groups and activities online. 

People living with dementia in our local community are struggling and we have been told we are a lifeline for many:
