In September, I'm joining a women-only Challenge trek across the Namib, the world's oldest desert. 100 kilometres in just four and a half days, entirely on my own two feet. No showers, no baths, and no spas for miles! I still can't quite believe that I'm doing this - it's going to be one of the hardest things I've ever done, both physically and mentally. Your donations will make all the difference to me and the many young people that the Princes Trust helps every year.
