Mis Rhagfyr 2017 bu farw fy mrawd annwyl, Dewi, yn 46 mlwydd oed.  Bu'r gofal gafodd o yn Hosbis Dewi Sant yn ystod ei ddiwrnod olaf a'r gofal gawsom ni fel teulu dros y cyfnod ofnadwy hwn yn amhrisiadwy. Dyma fy nghyfle i ddiolch a rhoi rhywbeth yn ôl.

In December 2017 I lost my dear brother Dewi to cancer at 46 years of age.  The care he had at the St David's Hospice during his last day and the care they showed us over this difficult time was invaluable.  This is my chance to thank them and give something back.
