As some of you may know, Stephanie was a world-class triathlete and Ironman.  She started competing later in life compared to many and accomplished incredible things in a short period of time.  She is my motivation, my partner and now... trainer.

I picked Life Sports Foundation as my charity to give back.  Life Sports Foundation is dedicated to helping people of all abilities who are facing physical, situational, or medical challenges to enrich their lives through sports. They provide opportunities for enhanced athletic lifestyles through endurance events, specialized equipment, training, competition expenses, and education.  

One of their partners is Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF) Operation Rebound.  CAF Operation Rebound is the premier sports and fitness program for American military personnel, veterans, and first responders with permanent physical disabilities.  It provides unparalleled opportunities to pursue active, athletic lifestyles by offering access to funding for equipment and training, competition expenses and more for these athletes.

I am proud to support these organizations that give back to those who have served.  I hope you will join me and Stephanie in supporting this cause and open your checkbooks and heart.
