Story

St David's Hospice is a charity that is close to the hearts of several individuals that are taking part in this challenge.

Hospice care changes peoples lives, offering quality care, dignity and compassion for people facing the end of their life. Every year, UK hospices provide expert care and support to around 360,000 people, including adults and children with life-limiting or terminal conditions and their friends and families. This support is based on the belief that everyone matters all the way through their life until they die, and that no one should die in avoidable pain, suffering or emotional distress.

Alun Pritchard, Ben Woof, Gary Field, Gaz Lavin, Howard Vaughan and Mark Orme; aim to complete a 100km, four day hike that encompasses the Welsh 3000s (15 peaks over 3000ft), in a hope to raise as much money as possible to support St David's Hospice.
