I retired in 2020 and planned to ride the CARTEN100 a100+ miles cycle ride from Cardiff to Tenby in a day. . Unfortunately lockdown meant it was cancelled. I then unexpectedly needed 2 knee replacement so 3 years on with 2 new knees I’m fit and ready to go in this years ride. I’d really appreciate if you will support me. After almost 40 years working in Cardiff and Vale I wanted to give something back for all the support they’ve given me and my family.
