Story
Once again this year, we’re marking Eating Disorders Awareness Week by hosting a nourishing yoga session to raise funds for Beat, a charity that’s very close to our hearts because of the fantastic work they do.
We’d love you to join our team, friends, family and client community for a live, online yoga class, hosted by the wonderful Dr Natalie Chua on Thursday 3rd March, from 8 - 8.45pm.
We know that body based practices such as yoga are hugely beneficial to managing anxiety, depression, and the process of recovering from an eating disorder. We recommend activities such as yoga to all of our clients and many of us are regular practitioners ourselves :-).
Our gentle, evening session will help nourish you and allow you to reconnect with your body. We recommend lighting a few candles and wearing your comfiest clothes! You’ll be feeling super relaxed by the end! The session will be suitable for everyone and all experience levels.
All we ask in return is a donation to Beat. We’d like to suggest a minimum donation of £8, but as we want to smash our fundraising target, please feel free to donate more if you can!
The money raised will help Beat towards their goal of supporting everyone who is living with an eating disorder.
IMPORTANT: On the donation confirmation page, please opt-in to receive communications from me/Altum Health, so that we can send you the Zoom link for the event nearer the time.
