This year we're back at Pure Gym Altrincham on Thursday 29th February for our traditional 5k run

But like last year we're encouraging people to run further with Half Marathon, 10k, 10k Every Week runs in their own time during the month of February

We also have Tesco Altrincham organising a charity cycle instore

Make it fun - take photos - shout about your training ahead of the run
