Some of you may recall that a few years ago I organised a sponsored walk for the Royal Marsden Hospital when a wonderful family friend of ours, Al Boscawen, was being treated by their amazing team - not only was it great fun but we also raised a significant amount for RMH. 

I have decided to organise another walk in memory of Al to raise funds for the ARHC who looked after him so wonderfully, initially as an out-patient and, latterly, as an in-patient; they also provided his darling wife, Lulu, with very special support during and after his illness.  

ARHC plays such an essential role to patients and their immediate families at the most critical time but it is hugely reliant on financial and other support from the communities it serves.
