Pat and I have set up this page on behalf of the WONDERFUL group of Al and Pat's friends and family who will be running the Leeds 10k on July 8th 2012.

Mum/ Sarah wanted a special way to celebrate Al's 21st Birthday which led to a 'light bulb' moment this time last year! As we are unable to buy him a present and we can't party all night long with him.... Mum bought 21 places for the run so all our energy can go into pounding the streets of Leeds whilst raising lots of money in his memory- because thats how we roll on Sunday mornings.

If you are unable to run with us mad heads, please please come along and join our expert cheer leading team (Mum and Grandma official team leaders).

We are still very much involved with the Bone Cancer Research Trust- Mum is a Trustee and we are on their Information Advisory Panel. We are also kept up to date with their hard work at their annual Conferences.
