Story
We're taking on the challenge of cycling 1000 miles from Lands End to John O'Groats between August 18th- 25th 2018! We've set the lofty goal of raising £10,000.
The journey takes us the whole length of the UK; from Land's End in Cornwall to John O'Groats at the very top of the Scottish highlands
We're looking forward to taking on the challenge of cycling over 100 miles a day while at the same time raising money for such a worthwhile cause!
Henry, Alex and Sam are cycling while Dan and Andrew are driving the campervan to help keep costs down.
Our good friend Dave Cleary is living with Cystic Fibrosis and we wanted to raise money for a charity that has benefitted him and many others! The Cystic Fibrosis Trust continues to do great work and is looking to find a cure.
Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a life-limiting genetic condition affecting more than 10,000 people across the UK. It affects the lungs and digestive system and can cause chronic infections and reduced lung function. Currently, half of those with CF will not live past age 41.The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is fighting for a brighter future for people with CF and their families by funding cutting-edge research, driving up standards of care and supporting people with the condition and their loved ones every step of the way.
