My heart attack was five years ago and I'm now raising awareness of Heart Disease and encouraging/inspiring others to become more active with the hope that nobody else has to go through what I did. 

So to I'm going to cycle up the infamous Alpe D'Huez in France with a team from Pumping Marvellous (Stuart Taylor, Jeremy Slade and Darren Eagle) raising important funds for the charity
